This iron cube can serve as seating, a small bedside table, or coffee table. It can be combined with other cubes or other parallelepipedon from the Fun House series, and can connect to one another via magnets. The Fun House parallelepipedon is solid on three sides and open on the other three sides. The cubes can be hooked to each other thanks to tiny and thin magnets, allowing the creation of a myriad of combinations, to pull apart and recombine continuously. It is possible to create bookshelves, a number of seats, or coffee tables. Those who are most creative can order the cubes in varying colors, alternating voids, and solids, and furnish an entire wall, divide an open space, decorate an original living room, a bedroom, or a waiting room. The pieces offer an excellent solution for the undecided who, right to the end, love to change the look of their furnishings. The Fun House cube is made of iron and is hand-welded. The piece is available in a choice of finishes; the metal can be painted in a white or black color with powder coating, or left natural. When the sheeting is left natural, a beeswax treatment is applied. Please contact Pamono to specify your preference of finish.

Vintage Hocker von Charlotte Perriand für Meribel

zzgl. 39,00 € Versand

This model Meribel stool was designed by Charlotte Perriand and was manufactured in France circa 1950. It is made from wood and rattan. Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999) was born in Paris and attended the École de l´Union Centrale des Arts Décoratifs from 1920 to 1925. She designed furniture made from anodized aluminium and chrome-plated steel, showcasing it at the 1927 ´´Salon d´Automne´´ in Paris. After meeting Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand worked with him and Pierre Jeanneret until 1937. The avant-garde tubular steel furnishings and system furniture designed by the three were presented as ´´Équipement de l´habitation´´ (home equipment) at the 1929 ´´Salon d´Automne´´, where the designs were highly acclaimed. In 1930 the Union des Artistes Modernes (UAM) was founded in Paris, a group that viewed itself as a counter movement to established organizations like the ´´Salon d´Automne´´, and promoted the Art Déco and Modernism movements. From 1931 Charlotte Perriand exhibited her own work solo there. In 1937, she and Pierre Jeanneret collaborated on designing a mountain chalet of sheet aluminium, which they showed at the ´´Exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques dans la Vie Moderne´´ and later they came up with plans for prefab houses made of aluminium. In 1940 Charlotte Perriand became a design consultant to the Japanese Board of Trade. She lived in Japan until 1946 and which greatly influenced her designs, as seen in the 1953 chair ´´Synthèse des Arts´´.

Tam Esche Hocker von Caterina Moretti für PECA,...
782,00 € *
zzgl. 1.135,00 € Versand

A sculptural clover or three stools: Tam is both of those things. Like leaves that blow in the wind, the individual stools can land dispersed throughout the house, or they can stay together as a clover, for good luck. As light shines on the Tam stools, their seats evoke the movement of a leaf that has been shed during fall, landing on three legs made of solid ash. The organic cut of the seats highlights the grain of the ash and creates a unique topography in each piece.
