Halli Hallo!!
Ich hab ein RiiiiEEEESEN PROBLEM!!
uuuuuuund zwar ist es mir vorhin passiert, dass mein MacBook Pro (OSx 10.5. cool

während Traktor Scratch Pro lief ABGESTÜRZT ... Wow

das ganze hat sich so dargestellt, dass auf einmal NiCHTS mehr ging, wie als ob jemand auf einen paseknopf im System gedrückt hat, TOTENSTiLLE ... der Rechner hat keinen Muck mehr gemacht und es kam so ein lustiger Bildschirm, dass ich meinen Rechner neustarten soll!!

Sowas kennt man ja eigentlich nur von Windows, oder?!?!?
Naja gut Hardreset gemacht, System neu gestartet und dann kam ein Dialog, dass OSX nach einem schwerwiegenden Fehler wieder ausgeführt wird!!
Den Fehlercode hab ich einfach mal kopiert und füge ihn hier mal an!!

Zu meinem Setup noch ganz kurz

Traktor Scratch Pro 1.0.0.250
Audio8 DJ
Hercules DJ Control MP3 (für Effekte, Loops etc. umgemapped) ... jaaa ich weiß, Billigcontroller, der Kontrol X1 ist schon bestellt aber ich warte ja noch auf die Lieferung!!!!
Musik ist auf einer externen HDD (Western Digital My Passport Essential) über Firewire verbunden

... so und hier der ominöse Fehlercode, denn ich bin ziemlicher Mac-Neuling und eigentlich aus dem Grund auf Mac umgestiegen, um diese Windows-Probleme NiCHT mehr zu haben ... und jetzt SOWAS

Ich hab grad echt n ernstes Problem!!!!!
Eigentlich denk ich doch mal an der Hardware kann das nicht liegen, oder?!
Nur kurz bevor das Teil sich aufgehangen hat, ist auf einmal schon beim Deck B der linke Kanal ausgesteigen, Traktor neu gestartet und dann gings wieder!!! und kurz danach KOMPLETTAUSFALL!!

Kennt sich jemand mit dem System aus oder kann mir evtl weiterhelfen!?!?
Weil wenn SOWAS im Club passiert, na dann Prost Mahlzeit unglücklich

Hatte ich bei mir mit dem X4D auch (Windows); Hätte ich in die Anleitung geguckt hätt ich mir viel Ärger erspart: Gerät immer an den selben USB Port stecken, sonst spielt alles verrückt und friert irgendwann ein.
Long shot, aber vielleicht hilfts bei dir ja auch.

Habe eine sehr ähnliche Konfigurationwie du und bei mir konnte ich (zum Glück) soetwas noch nicht erkennen. Eventuell einfach mal das System neu aufsetzen? Ich mein, Apfel hin oder her, es ist immerhin noch ein Rechner, und das beste was man als "Grundreinigung" an Rechnern machen kann ist ihn neu aufzusetzen. Wenn ichs so lese würde ich auch nicht den fehler an der Software suchen.

mögliche fehlerquellen:

RAM Riegel (eher unwahrscheinlich)

externe HD (bin mir jetzt aber net sicher ob Firewire sich mit USB stören kann.

Was du mal probieren solltest/kannst ist ein USB Hub zu verwneden mit eigener Stromversorgung
und das Interface darüber laufen zu lassen. Hilft sehr oft.

(empfehle da eins von Logitech, kostet um die 20€)

Ich persönlich denke nicht das es an soetwas liegt, es lief ja vorher mit der Hardware kombi auch fehlerlos. Das ist bestimmt irgendein Prozess der irgendwann mal neu hinzugekommen ist und nun sporadisch Probleme hervorruft.

hab grad bei native angerufen, also es lag daran, dass ich die alte version drauf hatte, bei der version ist das problem wohl bekannt gewesen!!!

MEIN Problem war aber, dass ich traktor immer ausm Dock gestartet hab, sich aber der insallationspfad geändert hat, sprich vorher war ein ordner TRAKTOR im programme-ordner, daraus hab ich immer die software gestartet, bzw von dort aus lag meine verknüpfung im dock!!

aber seit neustem gibt es ja einen ordner NATIVE INSTRUMENTS im programme-ordner und dort ist das nun alles drin!!
naja ... von dort traktor ins dock gezogen, alten ordner gelöscht und neue version gestartet ... bäääääm, hardware im laufenden programm angestöpselt, läuft wunderbar!!!

mal schauen ob es das gewesen ist, der typ von NI meinte, die uralt version von traktor war der grund für das problem!! der wusste ja auch gleich welcher bildschirm bei mir aufgetaucht ist smile

Hm, wenn sich der Pfad zu den Dateien geändert hat versteheh ich allerdings nicht, dass es erst lief und dann im laufendem betrieb ausgesteigen ist (und nicht sofort beim start eine error meldung kam das traktor die dateien nicht findet).... Aber egal, schön das es jetzt läuft.

naja die alte version war ja auch noch installiert, hatte quasi 2mal traktor drauf und immer das alte gesartet!!

jetzt hab ich nur das neue und mal schauen ob es jetzt geht!!

Hatte ganz früher mal so ein Problem mit Serato. Das Problem lag daran, dass die itunes.xml zerschossen war. Und da ich mit Serato auf iTunes zugegriffen war das halt eher ungeschickt Augenzwinkern

Lösung: iTunes schließen, die entsprechende xml löschen...fertig (wird von iTunes dann bei Programmneustart neu erstellt)

Wenn Du mit Traktor auf deine iTunes-Bibliothek zugreifst könnte es daran liegen.
